PHYNIX meets the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015

PHYNIX GmbH & Co. KG has been successfully re-certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. This is the result of an audit that was carried out in mid-August 2021 on the premises of PHYNIX GmbH & Co. KG in Neuss. An auditor from VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH in Cologne examined all aspects of the standard, including risk and opportunity management and the structured use of the “knowledge” resource.

All existing processes, procedures and documents were checked and updated, new content was developed and also documented. Particularly noteworthy are the points “interested parties”, i.e. customers and suppliers, but also authorities, employees and dealers, as well as “company policy” and “company goals”.

Another focus was on the topic "risk and opportunity management". The risks and opportunities from each area were compiled and assessed, and measures to minimize risks or to seize opportunities were named.

The re-audit according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015 applies to the scope “development, manufacture and sale of devices for surface measurement, in particular coating thickness measuring devices”. With the ISO certificate, we document for our customers that the processes at PHYNIX are transparent and that we attach particular importance to quality.
